Every day at midnight, India time (IST). Each quiz has 10 questions from the syllabus of SSC, Railway, Banking and other government exams.
Is there a timer or negative marking?
There is no time limit and no negative marking. A clock shows how long you took, but it never ends the quiz. Your first submission of the day is the score that counts.

Students are ranked by how many questions they got right. When two students have the same score, the one who submitted first ranks higher.
